Our dishwasher is not washing the dishes. The water go in and it goes through the complete cycle and dumps the powder in but the water never gets above the dishes or even to the soap holder. The powder is a dry pile below the dispenser. It seems that the spray arm doesn't extend or spray water over the dishes.
