Dishwasher constantly trying to drain, won't...

Question

I can't get my dishwasher to do anything since moving it to a new house. Cold feed is connected and working ok (tested) and it has power, it seems to be making a noise like it is constantly trying to drain, even though there is no water in it. I can't select any programmes and it won't do any thing else. I wonder if its the anti flood device? a lot of water came out of it when it was moved and water is still seeping from underneath. Is this likely? do you know how I can find and reset it, or empty it of water if that's the problem?[e-mail], Caroline
