I checked the capacitor wiring - OK.I pulled the motor to see if anything was obstructing it. Problem is I don't know what it should look like. pulling the motor was easy. one s***w and it twisted right out. the shaft on the motor may have disintegrated. not sure. the tip of it looks like a sharpened pencil. There is a round plastic cover that covered the entrance to the inside of the housing. I pried it out, it has a heavy O ring around it. the pieces on the inside fellout, to not sure of the order. but there is what appears to be an impeller which also has a shaft just like the one coming out of the motor, that looks like a sharpened pencil. the other end of this impeller has a little white ratchet that looks like a large version of the ratchet you find inside a ball point pen. It appears that the end opposite the ratchet is broken.
