I have a Kenmore dishwasher , Model # 363.14375790, Serial #FT331026R. When I turn it to "Start" it does start, but no water goes into the tub. I haven't had to use it for a while. I read the owners manual for :"Dishwasher will not fill with water"& the Water inlet valve is not clogged , I'm not turning the dial too far. Could you tell me what to do. This happened once before & the repair man took off the bottom panel & turned something. Help Me!!!
