Dishwasher or Wash dishes???

I'm trying to become more eco-friendly, so my question is, is it better to wash your own dishes or use your dishwasher???

If you don't have a dishwasher, you can still be eco friendly washing your dishes by hand. You'll need two tubs or a double sink. Fill one tub with hot soapy water and the other with plain cold water. Soak your dishes in the hot water, scrub, then dip them in the cold water to rinse.

Dishwasher...lot less water is used because it only uses what it needs, theres no extra water going straight down the sink.
