We have had our Bosch Exxcel dishwasher for 7 months, and have noticed that the machine is dissolving less and less of the dishwasher tablet until we are now finding the whole thing in the bottom of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle.Someone mentioned that it might be due to calcification from water hardness. We live in a hard water area, and I use water softeners in my washing machine, but I am not aware of water softeners for use in dishwashers - I always thought the salt took care of that.
