Dishwasher won't fill. The d/w stopped, dumped the soap dispenser and wouldn't fill with water.

The d/w stopped, dumped the soap dispenser and wouldn't fill with water. Sounds like it's running or drain pump is going.
It's a SMU7052 UC/14, FD 7604, about 11 yrs. old.
