Disinheritance has there been a case filed on this in ILL under the executor having the right to claim refusal

Under probate there is five beneficiaries. The three before have pass on. Now the Will is under the survivors. One relative is not good in nature infact she put herself there on her own stead. Simply say we are contesting the Will I'm checking all info have came up short on having info of a case where the family claims disinheritance. Does this becomes a civial matter.

In Illinois it would be handled by the probate judge, you can file for removal and allow the judge to order a hearing on the matter, if the facts are as you state this would be the fastest and most efficient way to get a ruling.~
