Disk Error occured

please help me.. I have a laptop and the problem is when i open it there is a message appear said "disk error occurred press ctrl+alt+delete to restart" can i ask what is the possible problem of my laptop? please i really need all file that save in it and i hope it will not corrupted. thanks
