Disk cleanup,,, should i delete my download programs files???

Question

i don't know what will happen if i let my laptop delete my download programs files using Disk Cleanup. I went and check and i saw that i have a folder call "downloads". on the folder i have yahoo messenger,youcam,network and others, i need all of those stuff,especial the youcam because i wont be able to download it again.

what will be deleted if i delete my "Download programs Files" using Disk Cleanup?

Deleting the files will not affect anything you yourself downloaded to your CPU such as music and videos.

It will delete the files that you surf on the internet and videos online that are stored partially for quicker viewing.

i do it every day day,sometimes 3-4 time a day and it never delete any downloaded program files
