Disk drive Cd Error?

I just bought a computer game (the sims 2 apt life) This is the 2nd game i have bought and exchanged because when i put the game in it wont pop up. It shows that i have no cd in my cd drive. BUT my other games will lode just fine wats going on! how do i fix it and who can i call for support?

if it doesn't pop up, that means that it is not readable. Either it is a DVD and your drive is a CD Rom, or that disc is scratched up so bad that it can't read it. And if you exchanged it and it still won't work, then it is probably in a format your drive can't read, so it might be a DVD and your drive is a CD Rom
