I don't know exactly why, but I've started to dislike eating. I'm not anorexic, or underweight. I'm actually physically fit and healthy. But everytime I go to eat something at my usual meal time, I look in the pantry, or fridge, or freezer, etc. and I start to feel kind of sick to my stomach. I have to tell myself that I have to eat to be healthy and so I pretty much have to force myself to eat, which doesn't necessarily make it any better. I also have to eat while watching TV or something similar to that to take my mind off of eating or else I think about it too much.
Is there a name for this? Any help, comments or advice would be appreciated. And please don't just tell me to go to the doctor, I can tell myself that.
