Dislocated jaw, 10 mos, any hope??

I dislocated my jaw 10 mos ago. Just heard a dull pop. I've seen a dentist, oral surgeon, orthodontist, & physical therapist, who all say they can't help. The disc on my right side slipped out - that was the pop. Insurance won't cover TMJ, which is what they say it is. I still owe the p.t. $500. Any suggestions? Will ignoring this result in any long-term damage? Will trying to treat it only damage my pocketbook?

IT can cause a problem later, so rather get it fixed up now and it will be quite costly so save up and get some quotes in the mean time
