Question:

Dislocated my shoulder.I have no pain at all and i can move it.doc says its torn labrum.should there b pain?

It was at football practice. Shoulder to shoulder hit. It came out of socket but eventually went back into socket on its own. Now I have no pain and have full range of motion. the doctor says i have a torn labrum from the mri. could he have made a mistake? because now im out for the year and its my senior year. I need answers

  1. The only time you'll really have pain with this is if the humerus bone isn't sitting right in the joint. If your labrum is torn, then your shoulder will continue to dislocate. Unfortunately, only surgery can correct this.
