Disney Channel's Camp Rock: Who's that girl?

Question

In the new Disney Channel movie, Camp Rock, there's a minor character, Sierra played by actress Bailey Stocker. For some reason she is VERY familiar to me and i can't remember where i've seen her. If someone can help me remember it would be great 'coz unsolved mysteries just eat at me and i won't get any peace 'till i know where i know her from.
