Disney Cruise Line???

Question

Ok well, i am going on the disney cruise line in less than 2 and 1/2 weeks.

1.What do we need to pack? for a 4 night cruise,

2.what kind of weather should i excpect?

3.Is it real windy?

4.Is the boat slow or fast?

5.Should i bring a light jacket?

6.Anything else you would like to add??

Pack, what I call, casual resort wear.  Shorts, t-shirts(not ratty old ones though and no cut offs), sun dresses, slacks, polos, comfortable shoes, nice shirts.  In the evenings women wear a pair of nice pants with a blouse or a nice dress while men can wear slacks and a collared shirt, formal nights I see women wear everthing from a simple black dress to an evening gown and men pants/shirt and tie to a tux.  If you are taking a long kids and one is a girl, let them bring a long a princess outfit for the formal night.  The weather has been in the upper 80's to low 90's.  You may want to bring along a light jacket or sweater for the evenings.  You may also want to bring along a small umbrella.  The ship goes fairly fast, yet as it is so large you really don't realize it.  I also recommend packing an empty backpack - 1st it can be used in the port of call to carry souvenirs, umbrella, towel, etc.... 2nd it can come in handy at the end of the cruise to carry new items.  Pack your jewelry, medicine(in original bottles), and swimsuit in your carry on.  That way you can take advantage of the pool as soon as you board.  Your suitcase will get to your room before dinner.  Just have fun!
