Disney Imagineer(ing) question?

I would like to become a Disney Imagineer. I was curious, what is the pay for this job (if you want, could you maybe include the wages for someone just starting and someone who has been in the business)? I was just wondering if it is good pay or not. Thanks! By the way, please no comments like:

a) That job sucks!

b) A lot.

c) A little.

d) I dont know

I don't know what the pay is but you would be working at DISNEY! Remember job pay means a lot less to you if you love your job. I have heard stories both ways re: working for Disney.

I thought of applying years ago but they had a strict no facial hair policy and I had a full beard.
