Disney Magic Kingdom area....do you know what THIS is??

Ok, so if you're looking at Magic Kingdom from above in Google Earth or Satellite , what is this large complex above (NORTH) it???

It apparently stores the 10 old sub vessels from the old "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" ride. Is this Disney Corporate/Disney fabrication/offices? Anyone know? Anyone work here??? It looks like a really large complex of buildings with big parking lots and rail service.
