  1. I went to Disneyworld last year and tried a lot of restaurants, some were cheaper and some more expensive.  Since you are traveling with 3 children all boys I think they would enjoy the

Sci-fi dine in theater (located in MGM)- I realized you might not be visiting the Disney MGM studios but if you have a park hopper, I would hop over and eat at this place.  I think your boys will love it.  You eat in a recreated 1950's style drive-in theater.  The tables and seats are 1950's era cars, which is very cool and while you eat you watch sci-fi trailors and cartoons.  It's a very retro/kitschy feeling.  The food is pretty good ranging from 10-30 per person depending on what you eat.  Reservations are definitely recommended, they get pretty busy.  Lunch or dinner either one is good

    Another place I like was...

The Garden Grill (located in Epcot the land section)- The restaurant revolves and goes in very slow circles around giant murals and scenes of thunderstorm, sandstorm, prairie, and rain forests.  The food is family style and it is appetizer, entree, dessert, and beverages all included.  The price range was around 10 bucks for kids and around 20 bucks for adults.  What makes the restaurant memorable for me was when mickey and his friends came out during dinner time to greet us.  It made my day.  Lunch or dinner is good.

If you would really like a fancy but a little bit pricier I would go with...

the Coral Reef (located in Epcot, the living seas)-  I really liked this place, the dining room was set in tiers so you can see the panoramic view of the coral reef.  you eat while sharks, sea turtles, and other fish swim past you.  I have to admit that the food was pricey at around 21-45 bucks per person, but I thought it was worth it.  If you choose to go, you should definitely make reservations a couple of days in advance they are extremely busy and without a reservation you might need to wait for a long time.

I remembered that I enjoyed all the food, and the experiences.  For lunch most people eat the standard hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken but if you are a willing to try new things then you should try the different types of cuisine in epcot.  you can try all foods of different cultures without stepping too far from your comfort zone.  I know when I went we would hop on and off of the buses that would take you to different parks and hotels and we would even eat at the hotels.

If you are willing you should definitely try Boma in the Animal kingdom lodge, it's a buffet with food from more than 50 African countries.  It was good and I got to try something I normally wouldn't be able to.  It was around 20 something bucks per person.

I would say to call and make reservations for any restaurant you go to.  You can ask a hotel concierge for the number and call them, it is a service that does every reservation for all restaurants that involve disney,  it is strongly recommended because it can cut the wait time to 5 minutes rather then 30 minutes.

There are also many restaurants at downtown disney, which you can also take the disney bus there.  they have planet Hollywood, rainforest cafe, wolf gang puck cafe, and much more.  I remember when I went I chose the restaurant based on a disney book I bought and ended up liking all the suggestions.  Hope this helped but these were based on what I tried and what I really liked.  you can get more info by purchasing the walt disney world book by birnbaums, a lot of useful info. in there.  hope you have a great time.

  2. Just drive down Interational Drive. You will find just about everything and anything that you would like to find for dinner! It is geared towards tourists!

  3. Umm, you're on vacation (I assume) live it up a little.

  4. Hollywood Studios (MGM) has some of the best restaurants. Sci Fi is incredible. So is Mom's 50 Prime Time. Some of the greatest buffets are located inside Disney Resort Hotels, one being Cape May in Disney's Yacht Club Resort. The Coral Reef was nice, but nothing special. House of Blues in Downtown Disney has some of the best food. The favorites of all are the character buffets, Chef Mickey which is in the Contemporary (i think?) Resort is great fun. If you head onto disney.com and hit travel, you can view all of the restaurants located in Disney World. Make sure to make reservations at least a couple months early or everything will be booked!
