So my mom surprised me and told me that we were leaving next friday to celebrate my 14th birthday and that I could bronc a friend.

I have been to disney ALOT!!!! But her are me concerns.

1. I always go for more than one day and have the park hopper. But since im taking a friend we are going just one day no park hopper to Magic Kingdome shes never been to Disney before. Do you think that we will have enough to do in that park or get bored. I have been but I always have the park hopper.

2. My real birthday is August 24 but since its a 3 day weekend and Faye blew threw this weekend we are celebrating it next week. Can I still get a B-day pin or would that be wierd.

3. I want to eat at the castle (which I havent eaten there in FOREVER) so i cant tremember is it good?

(then we go to sea world (YAY hail to the heroes!!).

  1. ok i've been to disney world alot as well.

you def won't get bored. there is soooo much to do at magic kingdom.

    i usually do:

    2 days magic kingdom

    2 days epcot

1 day MGM / hollywood studios now.

0 days at animal kingdom cuz we don't like it there.

so  i don't know how you even get half the things done at each park.

trust me you won't get bored.

here is a list of all the attractions at magic kingdom and while you probably won't want to do all of them you will want to do most of them.

-The Barnstormer at Goofy's Wiseacre Farm

    -Big Thunder Mountain

    -Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

    -Carousel of Progress

    -Cinderella's Golden Carousel

    -Country Bear Jamboree

    -Donald's Boat

    -Dream Along with Mickey

    -Dumbo the Flying Elephant

    -Enchanted Tiki Room

    -Hall of Presidents

    -The Haunted Mansion

    -It's a Small World

    -Jungle Cruise

    -Liberty Square Riverboat

    -Mad Tea Party

-Main Street Family Fun Day Parade

    -The Magic Carpets of Aladdin

-The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

    -Mickey's Country House

    -Mickey's Philharmagic

    -Minnie's Country House

    -Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor

    -Peter Pan's Flight

    -Pirates of the Caribbean

    -Pooh's Playful Spot

    -Royal Court Academy

    -Snow Whites Scary Adventures

    -Space Mountain

    -Splash Mountain

    -Stitch's Great Escape!

    -Swiss Family Treehouse

    -Tom Sawyer Island

    -Tomorrowland Speedway

and consider the line waits fo them.

you will be there from opening to closing.

and yes you can still get a b-day pin.

you don't have to tell them when your b-day is you just say that you are celebrating your b-day.

they don't even ask you what date your b-day is and even if they did you just say that date.

you don't have to show them proof of your date of birth.

they will believe what ever you say.

and i think just the whole atmsphrere is great at cinderell's royal table in the castle .

you got the picture you take with cinderella, just the feeling of omg i'm inside the castle, the characters doing fun things like singing and dancing and you can voluteer in the fun or be picked do to the fact that you have a b-day pin on.

personally i don't care for the food there but i eat there anyways just for the rest.

they just don't have alot of food to choose from.

its like a set menu of like 5 appetizers, 5 main courses, 5 deserts that you can mix and match. but i just didn't think the meal that i chose was very good.

    but i'd def go there.

    its sooo fun!

i went with just me and my friend last june to celebrate my b-day but my b-day was in may but i got a pin. and they didn't even ask for my date of birth. and then once my friend saw that i got free desert the next day she got a pin too and we went around having the cast members say happy b-day when they noticed our pin and she got free desert too.

  2. 1. You will have an excellent time in the Magic Kingdom on your birthday. There is so much to do in the magic kingdom, else you not into doing all the kiddie rides and stuff. But I have celebrated my birthday past 5 years in Disney. I like to make a t-shirt for my birthday so people know it is my birthday. People and the Cast Members will come up to you sing, say happy birthday, and if you get lucky you might be able to go on the ride twice. It is a blast!

    2. Yes you can still get a Happy Birthday pin. In my family we go to Disney for our 11 birthday and since I am the only one with the summer birthday (which we go all the time) my sisters have to celebrate theirs 5 months after or 2 months before and they always get a pin. So just go to customer services and tell them that it is your birthday.

    3. Yes it is good. I prefer going for breakfast. It is very good breakfast so I would figure for the rest would be excellent.

    Have a Magical Birthday!!!

  3. IMO

    1.  You should have plenty to do especially if your friend has never been.  Plus you are going at a time when there will still be lots of students there (meaning more people) so I imagine lines might be a little longer.

    2.  Your birthday is whenever you want to celebrate it.  Get the button, enjoy yourself!

    3.  I have never had the fortune to eat in the castle, but if you don't already have ADRs you probably won't be able to.  I would call Disney Dining as soon as you can (407-WDW-DINE) to make reservations for the restaurant in the castle - Cinderella's Royal Table.  I have read mixed reviews of the restaurant on www.allearsnet.com.  You might want to read those to see what is being said about the food these days.

    Have fun and Happy Birthday!!

  4. Happy Birthday! There is plenty to do at Magic Kingdom! Especially if your friend has never been there. There is plenty of rides and food. One time when we went we spent 2 whole days just at Magic Kingdom!I don't think it would be weird to wear a Birthday pin! I think it would be cool! Yes, the castle is still great! You'll really enjoy Disney World and SeaWorld! They're both really great! Happy Birthday! Good Luck! Have a GREAT trip! Hope this helps!

  5. 1: you will not get bored. If you do go on your favorite ride again!

2:Go ahead get a pin it would'nt be fun without!

3: The castle is great!!! Oh yummy!

You will have lots of fun but one thing is be carful~ They charge alot!

You may still buy but be carful about what you do. You may buy somthing cool for ten dollars and then see it at the dollar store!

  6. 1.  You will have more than enough to do at MK.  In fact MK is sometimes considered a two day park since there is so much to do here.

    2. You can do this whenever you want.  It's not like theyre gonna ask for proof of birthday!  :)

    3. I hear it is great.  I regret not having a chance to eat there on my last trip.  Very important: MAKE RESERVATIONS ASAP so you are guaranteed a table the day you're in the MK.
