  1. There are only a few restaurants that have character dining...

    Disneyland:

Plaza Inn-Dining with Minnie (but only for breakfast)

    DCA:

    Ariel's Grotto

Haven't eaten here personally, but have heard nothing but great reviews for the food. Prices are moderate ($10-20 per person)

    Disneyland Hotel:

    Goofy's Kitchen (buffet)

Eat here once in a while. Food is good (not spectacular), but a large variety to choose from. ($20-30)

    Grand Californian:

    Storytellers

A more regular stop for me. Great food, with a decent menu selection. Also has a buffet, which is great as well. ($15-25)

    Paradise Pier:

PCH Grill-Lilo & Stitch Aloha Breakfast (buffet) I believe there are character roaming around PCH during the day as well, just not on a regular basis. ($15-25)

I would highly recommend making reservations if you are going to be dining at any of these places, especially for Thanksgiving. You can make reservations up to 60 days in advance, and they should also be able to tell you if there will be a special menu for turkey day (Goofys, Storytellers definitely will, and I would assume the other would as well). Yes, I have them on my speed-dial. Sad, I know...
