  1. It won't be as easy as making the high school dance team, but not as hards as auditioning to be a laker girl. I worked at a theme park ( not disney) and a lot of the people there we aspiring to be professional dancers, a lot of the were majoring in Dance or Theater. 100s of people come to these auditions. You will most likely need a resume and headshot. Check the website for further information on what you need to bring.

  2. Hi,

I worked for Disney in Orlando, FL for five years and went on many auditions.  there will probably be about 100 people and you will be assigned a number.  Then, you will be taught a dance number either in groups of ten (give or take).  You will be given time to rehearse either out in the hallway or they will make another room available.

Other dancers will try to psych you out but keep your confidence.  they'll say things like "oh, I've performed here and there and studied with miss Big Lady in LA, blah, blah, blah,"

You've studied with good people too and you have experience too-remember that.  Just keep thinking "I'm good, I'm hot, I'm going to get chosen!"

you will be kept waiting and then called in.  be animated (ha ha disney), happy and definitely convey yourself, they are looking for originality, good technique and the wow factor.

    Good luck, it's great experience.

  3. omg i tried!!! it was hard theres like over 100 ppl and its very hard to get the part ive tried 5 times as a highly commended dancer to get the part but theres always one or two ppl who are better my last time i was like 2nd runner up but seriously its hard and good luck
