Disney world souvenirs?

Question

Do you know of some souvenirs that would be good to buy? I'm only 13 and I don't want to spend over $25! I have heard of disney coins and Disney bucks but I have no clue to what those are. Also, do you know of any FREE souvenirs! Its my first time going and I'm excited and want to bring something I know I will treasure!

maybe Christmas decorations?  .... my daughter bought me a cute Tinkerbell which I get out every Christmas and hang up

On International drive there are many shops that are like our 'poundlands' everything 99c or $1.99 I got loads of things, I love Tinkerbell and came home with a mouse mat, notebooks,files,pens,purses and face cloths all under $2.00. Your tickets (passes) are a good souvenir as you get a wallet and everyone has a different picture, mines was Tinkerbell...of course, I swapped it with my friends Mickey one! Have a great trip :)

Since it's your first trip, be sure to ask for a "First Trip" button at any of the Guest Relations windows inside any of the Disney theme parks -- it's a perfect, free thing to have.

As far as stuff to buy -- just keep an eye out.  Most of the items you'll see for sale in one shop is for sale in other shops.  So, keep a list of things you might like, and near the end of your trip, try heading over to Downtown Disney.  The biggest World of Disney store is there, and they have everything.

Also in Downtown Disney is a "Under $10" store -- lots of things in there, too.

Disney Dollars is money you have to spend at Disney.  You give them some money ($1, $5, $20, etc.) and they give you printed Disney bills (with characters on them). I suggest you DO NOT do this (unless you want one to keep).  As you have to spend the Disney Dollars while you're down there (or wait for another trip).

i know you want to get something special, but in disney world- $25 wont get u much

i am sorry to tell u

things there are kind of expensive since it is such a big tourist attraction

i suggest to higher your budget to get better items
