Disneyland Breakfasts?

I know you can in America, but can you have breakfast with the characters or in Le Chalet du Marionnette in Disneyland Paris if you are not staying in a Disney Hotel?

Thje following is taken directly from the Disneyland Paris Website:

"If you want to meet Disney Characters for breakfast, guests of the Disney Hotels and partner hotels can start the day off in their company, at a Disney Village restaurant. Guests staying at the Disneyland Hotel will have the pleasure of meeting their Disney Characters each and every morning of their stay.

In Disney® Village 7.30 am - 9.30 am (Restaurant confirmed upon arrival)

Prices (valid until 3rd April, 2008):

- When staying at Disney Hotels except Disneyland® Hotel: Adult £12 - Child* £8

- When staying at other Hotels: Adult £15 - Child* £10

When staying at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch®;you must have your own transport. We suggest that you book the 2nd seating.

Hotel l'Elysée Val d'Europe, Pierre & Vacances Residence Val d'Europe and Radisson SAS Hotel: only 2nd seating available. "
