Question:

Disneyland Return Policy?

Does anyone know the policy for returning merchandise to Disneyland? I have a bunch of Disney products that I bought from Disneyland about a year back, when I had a job and a bunch of extra cash to splurge on. Now, since I am in the process of moving and in a financial struggle, I need to cop some extra cash. I heard once from a friend that if you bring the merchandise back, you don't need to have a receipt, and they give you a full refund. Is this true?

I'm planning on making a trip to So Cal anyways, and I know they have a store in Downtown Disney. These pieces of merchandise still have the tags and barcodes on them, so I know the employees will know I bought them from Disneyland. Plus, where else can you buy Mickey ears?

Please help!

  1. The bar tag will them it's a year ago once they scan it. They may think of it as used.

  2. They constantly change their merchandise and will know you bought it some time ago, if you don't have a receipt your only going to get store credit if they even let you bring it back.

  3. From the Policy on the back of a Disneyland receipt:

    With Receipt

90 Days for anything purchased at a Disneyland Resort Location

30 Days if purchased from Vault 28

No item may be returned after the applicable return period...

    Without a Receipt:

You can return it but will only receive a credit based on the current selling price.  You would have to use this credit for other items at the Disneyland Resort.

As far as I have ever seen the Mickey Ears are only available at the Theme Parks.
