You get a birthday badge. This badge gives these things:

* All cast members must say Happy Birthday to you

* You can get the chance of going to the front of a line

* You can get free balloons (myth)

at shows they sometimes ask for people with birthdays or anniversaries as you're going in - - you get special VIP seating up front.  Once at the Beauty & the Beast show at WDW, my husband & I were VIPs (it was our anniversary) and we were introduced to the audience & sung to & given a CD - - it was really neat.
