Disneyland food question?

I'm going to disneyland this sunday, and I wanted to save money by bringing in my own food, but do they check your bags, and if they find food, will they not allow you to bring it in?

no the wont let u bring in stuff like sprite caprisian chips and stuff like that bascilly the are very strick on the food poilices

No, last time i took a bag of chips they said you only can take the 1 dollar bags u cant bring the big ones. They also told me to either throw it away or eat it before i get into the park...so i just threw it cuz i didnt wanna eat it early in da morn! so ya but you can bring as much water you want with you...also if u are trying to save money i can tell you wat to eat...next to indiana jones there is this stand you can get mangolian food! they have delicious food for low prices i guarantee! try it out if you can...

I was able to bring some snacks with me when I went to Disney World. They might have gone alittle easy on me since I had 2 small children with me. You might be able to get away with it if you hide it at the very bottom of your bag.

Just tell them you are on a special diet ordered by your doctor.  Just make sure it's not in a huge cooler, a lunch bag or a small insulated bag is fine.

They definitely won't let you bring food in to the park. They want you to buy their food so they will get more money. But I think they would let you bring a plastic bottle of water in.

yeah they check your bags first before the real entrance to Disney and no you cant bring food in just water and other stuff

edit: just hide it somewhere were its not so obvious

they wont force u to throw it out especialy if your talking about the one in CA because some people use the entrance area as a passthrough to the convention center. just put it to the bottom of u'r bag the bag checks arnt that bad. and they are more lax on the rules if u have a small child with u.

Technically Disneyland does not allow outside food or beverages.  The big no-no's are anything glass, sharp(i.e knives), or coolers.  But past this the policy is really open to a wide interpretation.  

They do check your bags, but you don't need to hide the food.  We go and just have a small backpack where we put in snacks and bottled water and don't have any problems.  I would keep it to small items you can place in a backpack though because remember unless you want to pay for a locker(which are $7-$15 a day) you are going to have to carry around these items all day.

I think they won't let you bring food in. Only water I guess. You can't bring any glass bottles or glass anything, either.
