Disneyland hotel job?

I really want to work at a disneyland hotel. Does anyone work there? Can you give me how it looks like? I have a BA, but I do not have good working experiences in the US because I was an international student. Now, I am about to get my work permission. I got my degree in Speech communication and I would like to be a manager in the future.

  1. Disneyland only hires people with more experience than you.  I suggest you stay where you're at for a few more years..
