If you can't do both, then I'd go with Disney. I love it there!! And Disneyland in Cali has rides that the Magic Kingdom in FL doesn't, such as the Indiana Jones ride and the Matterhorn (2 of my fav Disney rides)! They also have California Adventures there, so you are getting 2 parks in one.

Disneyland. A nice place to let your hidden youth come out. It really depends if you are looking for family orientated rides or just big thrills.

if you have kids then you're good with Disney.

if you are going childless then knotts.

however, if you're childless i suggest 6flags magic mountain!!

Between the two Disneyland, but I'd really prefer Magic Mountain.

both are awesome... as a kid i perfered disney... what i remember of  knotts was that is was like a giant fairground and you got the same sort of rides you get get anywhere else..... disneyland was the best there are the different parks and stuff and you can meet the characters and stuff i had a blast!
