Disneyland tickets?

I'm going to Disneyland with my parents and relatives this summer. If we decide to buy tickets this summer on the disneyland website, how will we get the tickets? Are the tickets mailed or printed at home?

  1. Either way, I printed mine and kept a copy of the confirmation number with me when I arrived at Disneyland. I simply went to the ticket booth...showed the print out and the cashier gave me my tickets. It was actually pretty easy. I know they will mail them too for an extra postage fee.

  2. You have the ability to print them at home.  This is called the Disney eTicket.  In this case you go directly to the entrance and they exchange the ticket you printed at home for a regular "paper" ticket that becomes the ticket for admission and FastPasses. They do not charge extra if you use this feature.

You do have a few other options.  This does include mailing, and is everywhere from Std mail to overnight.  There is also an option for Will-Call which the card holder has to be the one to pick them up.  Unlike the Print  At Home option these options will cost extra.  It ranges from $2.00 for Will-Call up to about $20 for International Express Mail.

  3. Too expensive through them!  If you have a Costco membership, I HIGHLY suggest buying a 3 day park hopper ticket from them.  Save big $$.  I'm a Costco employee and a Disney Annual Passholder, so I know.  Have fun!!

  4. My family and I just got back from Disneyland. We bought our tickets from a discount ticket service called "Live Tickets" / Anaheim. My dad saw their ad on craigslist and at first he was kinda skeptical but he e-mailed them and asked if they had 2-day hoppers for 6 people and they delivered the tickets to our hotel (free delivery) and we went the next day with no problems. They sell Disneyland tickets for around 50% off . Below is the link to their craigslist (Orange County) ad. If you e-mail them with your requested ticket needs they will respond right away. Some other folks, staying at my hotel, also used their service and they too had no problems and saved a bunch of money! I highly recommend them...

  5. a really easy thing to do is go to your local disney store and buy the tickets there but if you get them off the site they are printed i am almost positive.

If you are going in the summer be carefull what days you go. Weekends, mondays and thursdays are much more crowded than a tuesday or a wednesday.

If you are going for a week buy the park hopper because its fun to spend one day at just disneyland and one day at just california adventures.

If it is not a holiday and on a middle week day the lines are usually not that long. The shortest line is right next to the security coming off of the lion king parking lot (little tip) the mickey parking lot is bigger but the ticket lines on that side fill up quickly

    Hope thats all good info
