  1. Okay, I hate to be the one person to disagree, but I'm going to disagree with most everyone else.  I have been to Disneyland a few times and to Disneyworld once.  While I did love Disneyworld, I personally prefer Disneyland.  Disneyworld is like a whole huge town - once you are in there, everything is owned by Disney. There are no convenience stores to run to and all the restaurants are owned by Disney.  Most of them are very expensive and are hard to get into without reservations hours or days in advance.  It takes days to see it all, and the rides you want to see are all spread out at separate parks. You can forget trying to go on all your favorite rides in one day.  You would spend all day riding the monorail or buses between parks to try to get to them all.   You will do a ton of walking at Disneyworld and spend a lot of time on those boats and the monorail, buses etc... between parks.  Disneyworld might be great if you live in the area and you could spend each weekend going to a different area. I think when most of us go on a vacation and we only have a week or so.  We spent a week at Disneyworld and we didn't even come close to getting to see and do all we wanted to do there. It is just too much and too spread out.  Now, don't get me wrong because I did enjoy Disneyworld a lot, but it was truly physically exhausting to try to fit in what we did.  I will say I had some of the best meals I've ever had at Disneyworld and we went to see their Cirque du Soleil show and it was AMAZING.  If you choose to go there, be sure not to miss it.  I just prefer Disneyland because it is smaller and all the rides are pretty much in one park (California Adventure was not built the last time I was there).  You can easily see and do most everything you want to at Disneyland in a few days and still have time to go to Raging Waters water park or Knots Berry Farm or some of the other places that are nearby.

Also - while The Magic Kingdom is very similar to Disneyland it does not come close to having all the rides that Disneyland has.  Like I said before - the rides are spread out between several parks.  If rides are what you prefer Disneyland is a better choice.

  2. No question disney World, all of its parks are on the list of most visited parks in the world and Magic kingdom is number 1 Dis ney land may be the first but DisneyWorld is way Bigger with 4 parks 2 waterparks uneneding hotels and shopping coming out of your ears~!!Orlando truly is the Amusement park capital of the U.S. if not the World!!!!

  3. Disney World hands down. Only place I've gone (out of the two) since my childhood and I have many memories there. Also.. they have 4 parks and 2 waterparks, along with 19 resort hotels, so it's incomparable. I understand the magic of Disney started in Disneyland.. but Disney World has grown to be the best place in the world.

  4. Disney land was the original at Anaheim and was very good but it couldn't keep up with Disney world in Orlando.

Anyone who can should see them both.

  5. omg i would defintly have 2 say disney world because its soooooo much better and theres wasy more stuff 2 do!!! ♥

  6. Disney World has more parks and better rides, i think anyway. Notice how Disneyland is never averitized on TV or magazines. Magic Kingdom in Disney World is the most visited theme park on EARTH! It also has water park and way way more to do.

  7. I've had an annual pass to disneyland since i was 3! But, sadly  their magic kingdom (basically a duplicate of disneyland) is bigger than disneyland. I've only been to disney world a few times and disneyland like 5354387 times. I wish they had disney world in Anaheim! I live like 5 minutes from there :( getting sick of dineyland a bit

  8. Disney World if you want an all out vacation. It takes a whole week to cover and Disneyland for just a day thing! Of course Disney World is way bigger with more rides so it's better but Disneyland is classic and that's why people love it more.
