Disorderly Conduct In New Jersey?

I was arrested for disorderly conduct in point pleasant new jersey when i live in albany ny. I have no record. Will i have to face jail time???

Hello Mike. This is considered a minor misdemeanor. Dress for court like you are going to church, have a nice haircut, shined shoes and look like a model citizen.

With no record, this means a first time offender. If you look the part, the Judge will give you a fine ( and worst case scenario, public community service).

Wait one year with no further legal problems and you can expunge the misdemeanor crime.
