Display Extension Name?

Question

I need to know how to change the name of an extension on a Panasonic business phone. The website is no help and the contact number directs me to an overseas call center which was no help. Any info would be helpful. Thanks. :)

do you have the user manual? and if not see if the web site has one for you to download. and can you put the info. of what phone model you have?
