Display on my car radio?

Question

had been getting dimmer and dimmer by the week, well today its totally gone, but everything else works fine, cd player, radio I just cant see anything on it. What do I do?

well i know some cd players you can set the dimmer to be brite or dim at certian times mabe try to unhook your postive cable on your battery this will reset your setting of your car and stereo and see what happens then make sure the car is off when you do that ok
