Display problem in samsung lcd monitor

Question

I have seven samsung lcd monitor with them same problem of display even when connected to the system unit characters don't display on the screen, but power enters and it glows when connected to system unit . i have tried all the intended steps to get it fixed but i can't get through. what should i do (samsung with trade mark syncmaster 172n). thanks for your support.
