Display shows4 missed calls

Question

display shows 4 missed calls. There is no recorded message incoming.

When clicking on the 'calls' it then shows All Erase
When I click on the 'ALL' it then shows 'All erase' and a 'yes' or 'no'.

it does not tell who the calls came from.

This has never happened before in the last 3 years. We did just bundle our phone/internet/cable but when talking to the company they cannot find a problem on their end.
