  1. On the walls in your child's room, or in a scrapbook so it's better preserved.

  2. SOme of the others have made great suggestions.  Another thing you can use the artwork for is to wrap christmas presents or birthday presents.

  3. Rather than damaging the wall surfaces hang a clothesline along the top of the walls and hang the artwork with clothespins. Have some really nice ones laminated at a school or office supply store or cover them with clear Contac paper and use them as place-mats. Laminate a bunch of them, punch 3 holes on the left edge and use ring clips to hold them together in  book.

  4. I have an entire wall for just childrens art ..its very cool.

  5. Do you have any walls with lots of empty space?  You could hang up a big cork board and hang up artwork along with photos and scrapbook type things, like ticket stubs or brochures from trips.

  6. picture frames, i would pick the most interesting ones or the ones you like best & frame them. You could only do a few & switch them out every so often, or depending on how your house is set up/decorated you could pick a room playroom maybe or your son's room & display them there like its his art wall. If you get really nice picture frames, & frames that match your house it could really work & be cute.

  7. put it on the mantle over the fire place, or the kitchen table. or frame it on the wall

  8. I really like the kitchen table idea. If not that then framed on the wall for everyone to see. Hope I helped! =)

  9. Frame some! I have a hallway with pictures of my son, and a drawing he did at that age in a matching frame next to it.

Or, scrapbook them? You can scan them into the computer and make a digital scrapbook (try http://www.picaboo.com - they're great! And affordable. And it's great quality) and keep them forever! You could make a big collection book, or something and give it to him when he graduates college or gets married or something? You could decoupage the pictures all over a table & chairs for his room? Like on the furniture - http://www.ikea.com has great children's tables and chairs for a play area and more, for affordable prices - and have it be a decoration! You could make a "windchime" with decoupage (or however you spell that!) and some old paper towel rolls and a coat hanger - make it a project for the two of you! Decoupage them on a frame, around a picture of your son! Get creative! Have fun! :o)

  10. Scrapbook

  11. Tape 'em up along the walls.

Thats what I did in my old apartment.

It was like my own mini gallery. :)

  12. find a bunch of fun frames..garage sales..ect..and hang them up gallery style or in clusters... love kids' art!!

    have fun!!

  13. pick a wall and put all their work there

  14. Ok i jus got an idea. How abt having a folder for his artwork so that evertime he does something new u file away an old one and put up the new one on the refridgerator. You can let them sit around for a few days on the refridgerator and then file them but keep the file at close reach so that u can look at them or show to friends and family.

You know keep it like a coffee table book.

Also u can create a board on a wall of ur house where u display all this artwork like a mural. Not the whole wall only part. Or choose different walls and display a few here a few there.

And maybe u can frame one that means a lot tyo u and hang it in your room or in the living room.

Hope u find the answer u need.

  15. I have seen this done before and it is awesome.. But you have to have the right kind of kithen table for it. But you have your 'wood' kithen table and you put a piece of glass over it and then underneath the glass you can put all of their art work and what not. So it is protected, but can still be seen.

  16. I've taped up a lot of my daughter's artwork on the cupboards in my kitchen. And, yes the fridge is full too! Since I spend so much time in the kitchen cooking and cleaning I love to be able to look up and see her drawings all around me. :-)

  17. My mom had a portfolio of my work, sorted by grade. That way I can look back on it now that I'm older. If that doesn't work maybe you could frame the most interesting or meaningful pieces and put the rest in a scrapbook or portfolio. You could also get a cork board (with some interesting tacks) to hang artwork on. It could hang in your sons room, or a hallway.
