Dispute with credit card charge?

Purchased tickets through Stub Hub and did not receive the tickets. Fed Ex said they LEFT them by my front door. I was home and did not receive anything. Everyone got paid including Stub Hub,seller, and Fed Ex. I just want my tickets...

  1. You may have a hard time with this.  Step one is to call Stub Hub, and tell them you did not receive the tickets. From their Web Site it shows

    Whether you choose to be paid by check or through PayPal, we will process your payment 7 days after we verify that the buyer received the tickets.

    Since you did not get your tickets they should not forward the paypal payment to them.

    Call Fed Ex and tell them you want prove of delivery.  Since they can not give you this tell them you are holding them responsible for the tickets as well.

    If you paid by credit card when your statement arrives, call the CC company and dispute the charge.  Since there is no proof of delivery your CC company should reverse the charges.

    But since the tickets appear to have been stolen, you will most likely never see them
