how can i get rid of or dissolve a corporation? any good sources online?

  1. Depends on where you are. If you're in the USA, each state law governs, so you'll probably need an attorney licensed in that state. But usually requires what the laws call "winding up" which includes such things as paying of the debts, selling off the assets, etc, etc. Outside of the US, I have no idea.
