Distance between bmx jumps? need a pros advice?

Question

i have a 4 pack right but the jumps are far apart im thinking about puting jumps in the middle. how far apart should they be with a 2ft deep pit inbetween each one. i want to kinda carve speed in the pits and jump high out but i dont want it to feel crammed and choppy

depends really because you could get alot of speed ofccourse then go up first and 3 metres later go up second or if your not going fast enough give yourself time to pedal. they should be about 3 metres apart to be comfortable or could be 5 if you want a place to pedal, up to you
