  1. Eukaryotes have cells with a nucleous. Prokaryotes cells do not have a nucleous.


  2. Eukaryotes are organisms with cells that have nuclei and membrane-bound organelles.  Protists, fungi, plants, and animals are eukaryotes.

    Prokaryotes are organisms whose cells have no nuclei and no membrane-bound organelles.  Eubacteria and Archaebacteria are prokaryotes.
