Distorted video after converting to portable video player?

Question

I have a video that I keep converting from .flv to .wmv for my creative: zen vision m with the software creative provided. For only this video, every time I try to convert it, it gets 2 large green lines across the screen and the video becomes long and slanted ad is unwatchable. It can be heard fine. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it? Before the conversion the video is perfectly fine.

I always use flv to video converter, it is able to convert flv to avi, flv to video, flv to mpeg, flv to wmv, flv to mov, flv to mp4, flv to mp3, flv to wma,flv to 3gp.etc..I have used it for a long time for my zune, it works ok for me, if you need, you can free download it here to have a try too,
