Distortion of space?

Can travling to the future and back cause some parts of space cause this. like in pokemon mystery deugeon 2.

I'm gonna ignore that Pokemon reference (note: I suggest you stop taking cues from videos games, much less Pokemon).

It would depend on your method of travel I suppose.

If you create a wormhole that links to the time and place you created it, and you move to the future the conventional way (try it, just sit there for 5 minutes, and look! You're 5 minutes into the future), then step into said wormhole, ending up 5 minutes ago when you first made the wormhole, then yes, it would distort space.
