Disturbing Dream.?

Question

I had a dream last night about walking around a small building filled with people while holding guns, I think I might have shot some of them but thats all I remember about that part and then right before I woke up I was holding someone down and stuck a knife in their lower abdomen and began pull it from left to right across their body while they were screaming.
