Disturbing dream!! please help me!!?

Question

ok so i always have this dream thats in black and white, and its like the wizard of oz alittle bit, on the farm, and this twister comes toward me, and allof a sudden the farmer gets struck by lightning, and he turns into a zombie, then he disapers and a sec later he has an iron box shaped head on and moans, and has a sledge hammer in a shap on a box, and he hits me and wont stop and then i wake up!! im shaking to go back to sleep!!

that is scary but funny! dont eat right before you go to bed! you will sleep better and it keeps you from having night mares! let your stomach settle about an hour or 2 b4 you sleep. when your brain has to digest food, your brain has to be active to keep your stomach going. so as your brain is sending the impulse, it is also thinking about everything you know and things u havent thought about in months or even years! hope this helped! : ).

dreams have different meanings and even fortune teller cannot give the right meaning of it. no one can really interpret how it would be and what will be the connection into your life's chore. though some of them could be giving hints...and that would depend if you will believe it also or not.

*if i have a BF and this BF has another flirtations or another girlfriends aside from me, i could always see it in my dreams that he is having and i ended up crying that would result into breaking up with him. first time and second time i never did believe but it's always the case. only the latest one that i have now i haven't seen such a dream yet and i think he is not having another per his testimony and his friends talk. i even have the so-called "spy" (paid men/women) persons for him which he doesn't know but none of them tell me so, so i guess he is straight to me. though no one knows in the future he could be having more than one!

You know, it's probably a reflection of your day. Nothing's wrong with you in my opinion. I once had a dream that have that I was being eaten live! I suggest you sit down and think of or write an alternate, and peaceful, or funny ending to your dream, so get the disturbing images out of your head. Then do some deep breathing excersizes until you fall back asleep.
