Ditch dill?

I live in central MN, is there such a thing as "ditch dill"? We were driving yesterday and in the ditches was this stuff that looked exactly like dill. It didn't smell though, but sometimes it doesn't smell until you cut it and put it in the fridge. Can we use this for making pickles?

It's not dill.  Did you consider the stuff that may be on it, or if it's toxic or poisonous?
