Is it a good idea to create a tool that will help to rotate banners from multiple publishers like adsense, adbrite, yahoo-publisher , CJ etc - all at one place ?

i think rotating banners kind of defeats the purpose of banners,wouldnt it cut down on traffic if the banners were not displayed long enough

most money. the one that does, remove the rest

and feature only the best banner.
