Diversion Program In Florida??!!!!

Ok Here's The Thing... I Was Charged With Obstructing Justice Without Resisting Officer For Checking On A Family Member During An Arrest.... This Is My First Offense Like I Said.... And When This Incident Occured I Wasnt Infront Of The Police Car So The Dash Cams Didnt Catch Anything... Im Just Wondering What Are My Chances Of Getting These Charges Dropped??? Do I Have A Better Chance Since They Is No Real Evidence???... I Know I Have To Consult A Lawyer... But Does Anyone Have Any Experiences Similar To Mine????? Any Advice Is Greatly Appreciated!

Lets start with the case.  You just put that you were guilty on the internet.  If the judge or lawyer sees your question you will be given an additional charge for lying under oath.  Plead guilty.

As for the diversion program.  I volunteer for a diversion program in Las Vegas called Trial by Peers.  A diversion program means that the case is going to an organization instead of the regular court.  Most of the time this means you do not have a record.  If you give me the name of the diversion program I will try and find out for you.
