Diverting unwanted calls?

Is there a mechanism I can divert unwanted call to another number, from my landline? This should target "Barred numbers" and 0870 (sales) numbers.

Please help.

I don't think you can do that.

i dont think thats possible unless you have a thing were you have to have an extension like in an office or school.
