I've tried to solve it many times but I keep on getting the wrong answers

  1. (x-y²)/(x+y) / [(5x²-5y²)/(3x-3y)] * (x+y)²/(x²-y²)

    = (x-y²)/(x+y) * [(3x-3y)/(5x²-5y²)] * (x+y)²/(x²-y²)

    = (x-y²)/(x+y) * 3(x-y)/[5(x-y)(x+y)] * (x+y)²/[(x-y)(x+y)]

    = 3(x-y²)/[5(x-y)(x+y)]

Unless you have a typo in your problem, there is no way to get 3/5(x+y).
